COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This fantastic two-day course provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat self sufficiently and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence.
The course includes Launching, mooring, anchoring, close quarters handling, planing manoeuvres, man overboard recovery, collision regulation; as well as handling the boats at planing speeds. As the certificate is coastal, it includes the basics of passage planning, pilotage and a chance to plan and undertake a very short passage (conditions permitted). Certificate
