COURSE DESCRIPTION: The RYA Level 1, Start Sailing course offers a great introduction to the sport of sailing. It covers all you need to know to get afloat under the supervision of an instructor.

This is a practical course aimed at teaching you to sail in all directions and encouraging an awareness of launching and recovering under the supervision of an instructor. We use Picos as an easy-to-handle vessel in the safe harbour of Teignmouth.

The course price includes wetsuit and buoyancy aid hire and use of the SeaSports facilities.
